Shipping

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. 
Delivery times are USPS estimated, not guaranteed. 
We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
We ship within the USA only.

If you selected in-store pickup you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up once notified. We are not responsible for any unclaimed orders past 30 days.

 

Return Policy

While we don’t offer refunds, we gladly exchange unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please email lakewoodstore@condorus.com for return authorization. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Alternately, you may exchange in-store within 2 days from when the package was delivered.

In-store pickup orders can be exchanged within 2 days from when the pickup notification was received. 

Hair accessories and sale merchandise are final sale.

We strive that our products reach you in perfect condition, however if a product is defective in any way, it must be reported via email within 7 days to receive a replacement.
